Classes

TaeKwon-Do is a great way to help boost your mental and physical health. TaeKwon-Do helps not only to provide a physical challenge to the body, but you gain a new found self confidence with each new step you take. Our classes are designed to teach the student in small increments and train your body and mind over time to master the Art of TaeKwon-Do.

Classes:
  • 3 - 6 Year Old TaeKwon-Do
    • Monday : 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
    • Tuesday : 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
    • Thursday : 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
  • 7 - up TaeKwon-Do
    • Monday : 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
    • Tuesday : 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
    • Wednesday : 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
    • Thursday : 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
    • Friday: 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
  • Judo
    • Monday : 7 pm - 8 pm
    • Thursday : 6:45 pm - 8 pm
  • Self Defence
  • Sparring

All classes train the student to earn the rank of Black Belt. Some of our more Intensive programs train the student to compete in various TaeKwon-Do Tournaments. TaeKwon-Do is great for all ages and levels, and we encourage everyone to come in and Learn the Art of the Foot and Fist.
